Xingyuan reactivation factory start, and start factory building in same year. in the same time, another biomass comprehensive utilization program start, Anguo Shenjie carbon factory (now is ANGUO ECOTECH) start. this factory is focus on bioenergy utilization, take the waste gas from carbonization and activation process, supply energy for the steam boiler. and the steam will be used to other industry.
